Ainstree benefited from craniosacral therapy for her injured left shoulder, and was amazed by the astonishing healing effect.
She then became interested in exploring more about this therapy and joined the elementary class taught by her therapist Baker Siu. And she found that the therapy is more powerful than she thought. It can deal with both physical structure problems, as well as emotional issues. Ainstree then made her pathway to intermediate class and advanced class (SomatoEmotional Release) and got pass in the intermediate level exam and became a certified Craniosacral therapist.
During her practical hours (more than 100 hours), she has already handled different clients with back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, ankle twist, nervous system problem, emotional disorder and helped most of her clients deal with sleeping problems.
Ainstree agrees no more patient’s needs is the top priority during the therapy session, the therapist should perform as a facilitator with a humble mind in order to help the patients to achieve ultimate health, balance and wellness.

年少時，我已發現自己心理有問題，內向的我不懂傾訴、不懂尋求協助、不懂處理情緒的重要。自己一直反覆思量到底發生了什麼事，但一直得不到答案，內心一直忍受著痛苦。然後生命繼續給我挑戰，接二連三地打擊著我，而我只能繼續做出各種軟弱的選擇，然後內疚和自我憎恨。

這一次的選擇，神鼓勵著我，一直溫柔又嚴厲地督促著我，指引我不停蛻變。除了把我引領到髗骶骨治療，還讓我接觸各種工具：瑜伽、薩滿、生機飲食、心像術等，讓我由最基本學起：呼吸、行走、覺察力、飲食、思想、各種生活細節習慣等。徹底改變不但沒有抹殺「我」，反而令「我」更清晰，更懂得選擇。以為要往外尋的答案慢慢在內心浮現，前路漸漸明朗。現在我的身、心都不再是負擔，能夠體驗生活的樂趣，每日有能力做很多事。

Ms. Maggie Man, completed the Craniosacral Therapy Elementary Course, Intermediate Course and Advanced Course by Joivo Workshop of Manual Therapy in 2018 & 2019. She was certified in Craniosacral Therapy Foundation and Intermediate Level in early 2020 and has become our therapist since then. However, Ms Man has been our assistant therapist and teaching assistant since 2018.
From being a patient to becoming a therapist, she has witnessed and experienced the power of Craniosacral Therapy herself. She has deep understanding and connection of the feelings of patients when neither eastern and western medicine can help them. She witnessed many patients who do not benefit from Western and Chinese medical treatment get well again by receiving Craniosacral Therapy. 文美琪姑娘修畢蕭俊熹老師教授的第一屆髗骶骨治療課程基礎班、進階班和高階班後，考獲髗骶骨治療能力基礎證書及進階證書，現於物理治療中心擔任髗骶骨治療師及課程助教。
文姑娘由病者轉變成治療師，見證過髗骶骨治療的強大威力，也經歷過尋遍中西各類療法也未能治理好身體的苦況，很能理解病人的患病時無助的心情。自己的身體最終能透過髗骶骨治療治理好，深深被這種療法吸引。她希望能透過這手法治療幫助家人、朋友及有需要的人。
在治療的過程中，透過放鬆肌肉、筋腱、神經系統等改善痛症或結構問題。若問題是涉及情緒或心理問題，需要逐步拆解問題的因由，處理被抑壓的情緒或扭曲了的心理問題，配合病人的需要去進行治療。
文姑娘現多為成年人提供治療服務，治療過的病人種類包括各類頸、腰、背痛症、坐骨神經痛、頭痛、扭傷、失眠、驚恐症、焦慮症、情緒問題、癌症後遺症等問題。

初次接觸手法治療，是處理我肩膊傷患問題。治療師不用儀器，只靠一對手，輕輕放在我身體上進行治療，一直未治癒的肩膊傷患，經三數次治療便處理好，對我來說實在很神奇。心想：「我也要學這個手法治療 ! 」
剛巧我的治療師蕭俊熹先生，正開辦新一期髗骶骨治療課程基礎班，於是便開始了我更進深認識髗骶骨治療的旅程。上課後深感這治療手法能處理的範圍很廣：身體結構引起的痛症、心理情緒問題也能處理；令我越讀越感興趣。接著更修讀進階班以及處理身心問題的高階班。
得到導師的悉心指導，更於完成進階班後，通過認證考試。讓我有機會成為髗骶骨治療師。
學習了相關知識後，我會本著謙卑的心了解病人的需要，用心透過雙手，用髗骶骨的治療手法，幫助更多病人處理筋膜繃緊問題，放鬆神經系統，改善內分泌系統及消化系統等問題，希望讓更多患者的痛症得以紓緩，促進自身的治癒能力，調整身體達至平衡，使身心靈回復平和及舒適的狀態。

蕭sir常提醒自己，作為一個治療師，要常以病人的心為心，體裇及理解病人於疾病痛苦之中的感受，盡僅有之力幫助他們脫離身體的不適和內心的不安。希望有需要的人能在樂人找到合適的醫治和幫助，也感受到主耶穌基督的愛。
蕭sir由大學畢業至今，在作為治療師的20年間，先後完成了髗骶骨治療課程，考取大師級能力證書，也完成了針灸學及心理學的碩士課程。近年致力於推廣及教育髗骶骨治療，至今已出版了3本書籍，教導了超過100位學員。
蕭俊熹 MSc, MA, RPT, CST-M 於2002年畢業於香港理工大學（The Hong Kong Polytechnic University）考獲物理治療(榮譽)學士學位，並以一級榮譽生的成績畢業。該學位課程對不同範疇的物理治療方法提供了全面而平均的教授，包括運動治療、各種電療及基本手法治療。
2002年畢業後蕭先生與骨科醫生合作提供治療服務，並因此而得到機會處理不同類型的骨科病例。在那工作數月後，蕭先生得知一位美國的物理治療師Kerry D’Ambrogio將會在香港開辦初級髗骶骨治療，蕭先生把握這一個新的學習機會並跟從Kerry D’Ambrogio學習。經實踐後蕭先生對髗骶骨治療的興趣越來越濃厚，所以極希望學習更高級更多的課程，故由2003年開始蕭先生便轉而跟隨Acorn Seminars Inc.的Dr. Green學習更高級的課程。
2005年，蕭先生完成了第3級課程並離開了該骨科醫生診所，在油麻地開設博康物理治療中心，並正式成為Acorn Seminars Inc.在香港的課程統籌，也開始成為第1級及第2級課程的助教。他再於2006年考獲髗骶骨治療Apprentice Level能力證書，並於2007年蕭先生正式將中心改名為蕭俊熹物理治療中心，並於該年完成髗骶骨治療第4級課程。蕭先生又於同年被香港中文大學取錄進修針灸學碩士課程，該課程教授了以中醫理論為基礎的針灸學知識及技巧，提供了良好的針灸應用訓練。
2008年蕭先生再完成最後兩級的髗骶骨治療課程，考取Journeyman Level能力證書及成為第3及4級課程的助教。經過兩年的努力蕭先生於2009年畢業於香港中文大學的中醫學院，考獲針灸學碩士學位。2011年考取最高水平的髗骶骨治療Master Level能力證書及成為第5級課程的助教，成為香港首位獲得Master Level大師級能力證書的治療師。蕭先生於2015年考取了香港中文大學心理學碩士學位，希望可利用心理學的知識幫助更多有需要的人。
蕭先生於2017年開辦了樂人手法治療教室，開始正式教授髗骶骨治療課程，希望能將髗骶骨治療的技術及知識推廣給普羅大眾。他並於同年出版了《髗骶骨治療完全學習手冊 – 基礎篇》。2018年，蕭先生將治療中心更名為樂人物理治療中心，本着樂於助人的精神，希望能將更快樂的人生帶給大家。同年蕭先生也出版了另一本新書﹕《髗骶骨治療是甚麼？》，以簡單的文字及多年難忘的病例向大家說明髗骶骨治療。蕭先生也於這年開辦了髗骶骨治療進階班及高階班，希望以此培訓更多專業的髗骶骨治療師。2019年，蕭先生出版了《髗骶骨治療完全學習手冊 – 身心同釋篇》，將身心同釋的技巧加上自己的治療心得集結在此書中，完善了身心同釋課程的內容。2023年，最後一本學習手冊《髗骶骨治療完全學習手冊 – 小兒篇》也出版了，書中內容是屬於以髗骶骨治療治療嬰幼兒的專業級技巧。
1. 由2005年開始至今，蕭sir都只提供同一時間只處理一位病人的服務，他相信專心一致的治療服務能帶給病人更好的療效。
2. 與病人要互相尊重並互相合作，建立互信的關係才能達到更好的效果。
3. 身心為一體，互相結繫而不能分割，治療時必身心同治。

Baker reminds himself all the time to be an empathetic and understanding therapist towards patients, about their pain, their sufferings. He always gives what he can do helping time get rid of both physical pain and mental suffering. He hope patients can find suitable healing and help in Joivo and feel the love from Jesus Christ at the same time.
After his Bachelor graduation from Physiotherapy degree, Baker have finished Craniosacral therapy Course and obtained Master Level Certification, as well as the Master degree in Acupuncture and Psychology in the last 20 years of professional career. Recently, he is focusing in educating and promoting Craniosacral Therapy, has published 3 books and taught over 100 students.
Baker Siu MSc, MA, RPT, CST-M earned his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with first honour from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2002. The course eqiupped Baker with a comprehensive knowledge in therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy and basic manual therapy.
Baker started his physiotherapy career in a orthopedic surgeon clinic where he have exposed to a great variety of orthopedic cases. After serveral months of work there, Baker knew an American physiotherapist named Kerry D’Ambrogio was going to open a craniosacral course for beginners, he took that chance and studied from Kerry. After practising it in work, more and more interest was built inside Baker’s heart, and he wanted to learn more advanced skills of craniosacral therapy. Jim Green BS, LMT, CST-D from Acorn Seminars became his teacher since then in 2003.
After finished CST 3 class in 2005, Baker left the orthopedic clinic and opened his own clinic “Baker & Partners Physiotherapy Centre” in Yau Ma Tei. By that time, he also became the CST class sponsor of Acorn Seminars Inc. in Hong Kong, and also teaching assistant for CST 1 & 2 classes. Baker successfully gained the CST Apprentice Level Certification in 2006. He renamed his clinic to “Baker Siu Physiotherapy Centre” in 2007, and finished CST 4 class in the same year. Also Baker was admitted into the Master degree programme of Acupuncture in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Not only acupuncture and moxibustion theory and techniques were taught in the context of traditional Chinese medicine, good practical and clinical training was also provided in the programme.
In 2008 Baker pursued his study and finished last two levels of CST classes, gained the CST Journeyman Level Certification and became teaching assistant of CST 3 & 4 classes. After studying hard for two years, he was awarded the Master degree of Acupuncture in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Then Baker got his final CST Master Level Certification in 2011. He has finished the Master degree programme in Psychology in the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2015, he hope helping more people by applying the psychological knowledge.
Baker is the author of the book <<髗骶骨治療 完全學習手冊 - 基礎篇>>, <<髗骶骨治療 完全學習手冊 - 身心同釋篇>>, <<髗骶骨治療 完全學習手冊 - 小兒篇>>, <<髗骶骨治療是甚麼?>>and started his CST teaching career in 2017. He established Joivo Workshop of Manual Therapy and is teaching Craniosacral Therapy classes of different levels.
1. Since 2005, Baker keeps his treatment session in 1 on 1 basis, only one client will be treated at one time. He believes this can bring him good focus on his treatment which will bring better quality therapy to the client and hence better result.
2. Establish mutual trustful relationship with patients is a very important part in the therapy.
3. Physical and mental health are interconnected and therefore always are treated together.

張蒨輝小姐Aleksandra多年來一直尋求自我成長與療癒，並且業餘進修不同範疇的身心治療課程。期間接觸到髗骶骨治療並親身接受了一連串療程，當即對這種只靠治療師雙手就能達到情緒釋放與心理舒解的治療方法感到既奇妙又著迷，遂決心學習髗骶骨治療。
及後更深入了解並運用髗骶骨治療基礎手法與技巧，得知髗骶骨治療對於身體結構問題及軟組織病變亦具有顯著療效，而且對其主張的「治療師是輔助者，患者才是主角」的治療理念深感共鳴，終欣喜尋獲到一套既踏實且名乎其實以「病人為本、身心皆顧」的治療方法，遂更積極努力鑽研，並且通過了髗骶骨治療進階級能力證書考核，成為認可髗骶骨治療師。
結束了廿五年的醫院藥劑師職涯，全身投入慢活自在的人生下半場，專注於喜愛的身心治療工作，並來到樂人加入了治療團隊，期待把學習到的知識與技術，應用在治療各類痛症、筋膜繃緊、失眠、慢性疲勞、精神壓力緊張以及其他失調狀況，協助患者身心整體獲得舒解，回復平衡、協調與和諧的狀態。

Aleksandra has been on the road of self-growth and healing for many years, and is keen on studying various body & mind wellness and healing courses. When she came across Craniosacral Therapy and obtained tremendous somato-emotional release, she was fascinated by this therapeutic modality from which healing can be achieved merely by therapist’s pair of hands, and thus decided to further explore and study Craniosacral Therapy.
With deepening knowledge in fundamental principles and basic techniques, Aleksandra has learnt that Craniosacral Therapy is also very effective in treatment of body structural defects and soft tissue lesions. She is overjoyed to find that Craniosacral Therapy is truly a pragmatic, patient-centered and psychosomatic-oriented therapeutic modality that she has been seeking for long. This has further motivated her interest and passion during the study and finally passed the competency examination to become a certified intermediate level craniosacral therapist.
While enjoying her downshifting life after serving 25 years as a pharmacist in hospital, Aleksandra is now also devoting herself with ultimate passion to body & mind related therapeutic work. After years of exploring different healing modalities and body work including Tai Chi. Qi-Gong, various forms of martial arts, Meditation, Yoga, as well as Art Therapy, I was lucky to encounter Craniosacral therapy and was amazed at this gentle yet extremely powerful form of treatment. Cranio-Sacral Therapy can enhance the body’s ability to heal itself and to restore balance. It is unique in its ability to treat the source of symptoms on every level, whether physical, mental or emotional. My love and passion for Craniosacral Therapy continues to grow through my learning and practice.
I have over 25 years of experience working as a registered teacher and a career counseling director. I have a special interest in working with teenagers with special needs and learning difficulties. I am aware of the challenges they go through both physically and emotionally. This has fuelled my desire to aid them in the search for healing. 大家好！我係髗骶骨治療師施國龍Fegez。
以前在一家外資企業擔任了22年電器工程師，因為工作給我帶來很多痛症，所以找了很多著名西醫，但都未能處理好痛症問題，而且痛楚越來越頻密，後來接觸了髗骶骨治療，一個很特別的療法，解決了多個身體的痛症問題。
髗骶骨治療主張人的身體有自癒能力，只要平衡身體的軟組織和骨骼結構，清除阻礙，身體就會自我療癒。髗骶骨治療有一個很特別的診斷系統，治療師通過觸診與病人身體溝通，找到病人需要處理的阻礙而去做治療。本人接受髗骶骨治療後，有感髗骶骨治療是一個非常好的療法，所以我放棄做了22年電器工程師的工作，花了4年去學習髗骶骨治療，希望幫助一些有長期疼痛的人，給他們藥物和手術治療以外的選擇。
分享其中一次的治療體驗：
記得有一次為一名70多歲中了風的伯伯做治療。第一次見到他的情況比較差：右邊身完全不能動，情神呆滯，不能好好說話，而且不能自己吐痰，只能躺在床上。第一次幫他做檢查，發覺髗骶韻率比較弱，即是身體機能比較差。在做盆腔膈膜、上胸腔膈膜和舌骨膈膜時，都發覺有阻塞。所以我就根據伯伯身體反應作治療。做完後我回了家吃飯，在吃飯時收到伯伯家人的短訊，說伯伯右邊身體有痕癢的感覺。那時我們都很開心，因為給病人帶來希望。在數次的治療後，伯伯的精神回復了很多，可以跟家人溝通和吃飯，咳嗽和吐痰的問題得以解決，也更有精力去應付康復治療。

入行前在一家外資企業擔任了22年電器工程師，因為工作關係帶來很多痛症，找了很多著名西醫，都未能處理好痛症問題，而且痛楚愈來愈頻密，後來接觸了髗骶骨治療，一個很特別的療法，解決了多個身體的痛症問題。
髗骶骨治療主張人的身體有自愈能力，只要平衡身體的軟組織和骨骼結構，清除身體阻障，身體就會自我療癒。髗骶骨治療有一個很特別的診斷系統，治療師通過觸 診與病人身體溝通，找到病人需要的阻障而去做治療。本人通接受髗骶骨治療，有感髗骶骨治療是一個非常好的療法。所以我放棄22年電器工程師的工作。花了4年去學習髗骶骨治療。希望幫助一些有長期疼痛人事，給他們藥物和手術治療以外的選擇。
分享其中的治療體驗：
記得有一次為 7x 多歲中風的伯伯做治療。第一次見到他的情況比較差。右邊身完全不能動。情神呆滯，不能好好說話，而且不能自己吐痰，只能躺在床上。第一次幫他做檢查，發覺髗骶韻率比較弱，即是身體能量比較差。在做盆腔隔膜，胸腔隔膜和舌骨檢查，都發覺有阻塞。所以我就根據伯伯身體反應作治療。之後回家吃飯。在吃飯時收到伯伯家人的短訊，說伯伯右邊身體有痕癢的感覺。那時我們都很開心，因為給病人帶來希望。在數次的治療後。伯伯的精神回復了很多，可以跟家人溝通和吃飯，咳嗽和吐痰的問題解決。有精力去應付康復治療。

2002年Verity以優異成績畢業於英國愛丁堡龍比亞大學，主修生物科學。透過人生的經歷，Verity深深地體會到身心靈健康的重要，在本地醫院從事專職醫療工作十五年後，2011年決定轉換人生跑道，修讀專業輔導碩士課程和接受各種相關訓練，2014年亦以優異成績取得美國奧利弗拿撒勒大學專業輔導碩士學位，並且加入家庭醫學與輔導中心，開展人生新一頁，從事個人、婚姻、家庭輔導工作至今。承蒙樂人中心的邀請，Verity心感榮幸現加入樂人團隊，一同以樂於助人的精神，服務有各種輔導需要和渴望生命成長的人士。

Verity considers the life situations of clients to be primarily growth or life-stage challenges rather than pathological conditions. As advocated by Person-Centered Therapy, Verity adopts the attitudes of genuine, unconditional positive regard, and empathic understanding to build trusting and respectful relationships with clients, with aim of fostering their inner potential so they may overcome various challenges in life.
2. Provide tailor-made therapy programs
Verity performs technical eclecticism to select and integrate the essence of different kinds of therapies, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness skills and Moment by Moment Reconnecting Marriage and Family Therapy, to meet the unique need of each individual/couple/family and their specific presenting issues in our pluralistic society.
In addition, in accordance with the client’s age, preferences and conditions, Verity also incorporates art, music and play activities into her therapy programs. The goal here is to help clients express their inner feelings and thus improve treatment progress and results.
Verity has received years of continual professional training in different counselling approaches. During counselling process, Verity not only focus on relieving psychological symptoms or addressing psychological or relationship issues, but also seeks to understand the underlying dynamics and meanings hidden behind these symptoms and problems. 3. Promote holistic healthy life development
The World Health Organization’s survey on wellness assess people’s holistic health status based on five categories: physical, psychological, spiritual, social, economic and occupational conditions. Through life experiences, background in allied health and professional training in counselling, Verity deeply understands that these five factors are interrelated and account for well-being of people. Therefore, Verity aspires to promote holistic wellness through professional counseling and mental health related works in cooperation with different parties.
4. Facilitate harmonious marriage and family relationships
A good relationship can help to establish and complete the self while only a healthy and mature self can promote a harmonious and fulfilling relationship. Our relationships and ego are subtly inter-correlated and intertwined, and we cannot overlook either. With aim of promoting the healthy growth of both marital parties, Verity seeks to repair and strengthen marital relationships by assisting couples to rebuild and establish the meaning of the relationship, improving vitality in intimacy, facilitating motivation in connection between couples, as well as clarifying and enhancing both parties’ commitment to the relationship. Developing the couples’ abilities to communicate and interact with self and each other is also essential.
As the two main factors which help prevent mental health problems are emotional management and family environment, Verity has taught various parental emotional health and parenting education courses in recent years, with hopes of fostering better parent-child relationships by teaching parents to love and parent kids effectively.
Courses she taught include “Child-centered Parenting” and “Understanding hearts of kids”. Through the course “Playing for a Better Future”, she fosters parents to grasp the essence of child-centered play therapy, and encourages parents to allot a special parent-child play time for half an hour per week. This helps parents understand their child’s inner world, thereby allowing them to respond effectively to his/her feelings, while enhancing the child’s self-esteem, self-control and sense of responsibility.
Verity graduated from Napier University (UK Edinburgh) with a major in Biological Sciences with excellent grades. Through her own life experiences, Verity has a profound understanding of the importance of physical and mental health. After 15 years of working in a local hospital as an allied health personnel, she decided to change her course of life in 2011, enrolling in a master course in professional counselling and receiving various relevant trainings in therapy. In 2014, she obtained a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Olivet Nazarene University (USA) with excellent grades. She subsequently turned a new page in her life and worked in a family medicine and counselling center; she has been engaged in individual, marriage and family counselling since then.
Thanks to the invitation of the Joivo Centre, Verity is honored to join the Joivo team! With a heart of servitude and compassion, she hopes to serve those who have various counselling needs and those who desire life growth.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Verity had helped provide short-term online counseling services to Hong Kong Christian Counseling Service and Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong. Ms. Maggie Tsui is an experienced registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong. She was graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HKPU) in the early years and has over 20 years of experience.
Ms. Tsui’s working experience covered a wide range of health care services, including working in public hospital, private hospital and physiotherapy clinic, non-government organization, etc. Her patients were from newborn to terminally ill elderly of different medical specialties.
She is devoted in “holistic care” of patients. Over the years, she continuously enrolled in various continuing education programs to upgrade her professional knowledge and to integrate different therapies in her daily patient care, including acupuncture, Chinese soft tissue release techniques, baby massage, etc. She obtained her master degree of Manual Therapy from the University of Western Australia in 2008.
She started studying craniosacral therapy (CST) from Dr. Jim Green from the Acorn Seminars Inc. since 2005. She integrated CST into her manual therapy practice on patients. She furthered her training on CST from Mr. Baker Siu since 2017.

徐美琪小姐乃香港資深註冊物理治療師，早年畢業於香港理工大學物理治療學系，具有逾廿年經驗，曾於公立醫院、非政府組織和私人醫院及診所執業，並為多個專科的病人診治。
徐小姐對”全人治療”尤感興趣，多年來，她不斷報讀各種專業持續進修課程，以提高她的專業知識和探研各種治療的成效，包括針炙、清瘀正骨、嬰兒按摩等，並於2008年於西澳洲大學完成手法治療的碩士課程。
徐小姐自2005年開始跟隨Acorn Seminars Inc.的Dr. Jim Green學習髗骶骨治療，多年來她把髗骶骨治療融入於日常手法治療當中，為病人診治。2017年她跟隨蕭俊熹先生繼續深造髗骶骨治療。
